B&I Capital’s primary goal is to give investors a means to replicate the risk-adjusted returns of multi-class Commercial Real Estate ownership, predominantly via the REIT market. Our concentrated, high active share funds give investors a superior risk-adjusted total return through a combination of high, stable, and growing dividends as well as significant opportunity for capital appreciation. The investment strategies are long-term and risk control is a key factor. The investment team has significant personal holdings in the funds they manage and all clients, including management, invest under the same terms as each other.
